Ultrafast Broadband is here. Exciting Gfast solutions from Net2Edge.

The Liberator Gfast DPU gigabit networking solution delivers Ultrafast broadband for Fibre-to-the-Distribution-Point (FTTdp) addressing multi-unit deployments for both consumer and business applications. Gfast provides flexible asymmetry – approaching symmetry for business use if required, can coexist with legacy xDSL services and offers low power consumption through innovative power management. This robust solution offers significantly lower costs and minimal disruption compared to FTTH (Fibre to the Home) whilst matching fibre-level quality.

The Liberator Gfast DPU provides a recognised methodology to rapidly deliver Ultrafast broadband where fibre installation is not economically or aesthetically viable with minimal disruption to the user or the building fabric.

Recognising the growth of cloud based services in both residential and business environments and the demands this places on upload bandwidth, Liberator Gfast DPUs allow for download:upload ratios approaching 1:1 unlike existing DSL based services. Liberator Gfast DPUs and Customer Premise Equipment (CPE), with either coaxial or twisted pair physical presentation, are available and are designed to be installed in a standard building environment with an operational temperature range of 0 to 50 Celsius.

Liberator Gfast CPE can be self-installed, which translates into faster roll-outs without the need for customer visit coordination
